Personal data that we collect about you
Personal data is information that can be used to identify you or tell someone something about you. The information which we collect may include your name and contact details (including your email address).
We may collect your personal data when you: complete online forms, sign up to receive our newsletters, correspond with us by email, submit an entry into a competition, post a comment on our website or participate in our social media discussions and posts.
We do not collect personal data of any individual under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 who wish to use our website will need a parent or guardian to do so on their behalf.

We collect your personal data:
- Subject to your consent, to provide you with news, information and updates by sending you information by email that we think may be of interest to you;
- To interact with you in posts and live blogs;
- To notify you about changes to our website or to inform you of the outcome of giveaways which you may have entered;

In order to process your personal data for marketing and to contact you by email, we require your consent, which we require you to provide when signing up to receive our newsletters.

Information we generate about you

Participants of DPM60 must always ensure their bodies are fully prepared for a workout before commencing the exercises. The exercises in DPM60 may result in injury if not carried out correctly. Participants must take into account their own personal strength, flexibility and general health and consult a health and/or fitness professional if they have any concerns. These exercises are not suitable for those with any health or medical conditions and such individuals should seek prior medical advice before undertaking the exercises. If any participant experiences any pain or discomfort while undertaking these exercises, they should stop immediately and, if necessary, seek medical attention. Participants undertake the exercises in this video at their own risk and should be at least 16 years of age. Idle Lane Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage (whether to person or possessions) or personal injury incurred whilst undertaking the exercises contained in this video.
Payments for DPM Monthly will renew automatically each month by direct debit unless you cancel per the instructions below.
Cancellation of DPM Monthly: If you wish to cancel your subscription you must cancel your direct debit payments with your bank in accordance their terms prior to your next billing date.
By subscribing to DPM Monthly, you agree that you will not share your Instagram or Zoom information with anyone to allow them to gain access to any Danielle Peazer Method content. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using this website you accept these terms and conditions in full.
Refunds & Exchanges of DPM Products
DPM cannot exchange or refund any physical fitness products due to hygiene reasons. (regulation 28(3)(a), CCRs)
A refund will only be issued in the following cases:
If the item was ripped or broken which made it non-functioning (photo evidence required).
If the transaction was not a genuine transaction (card fraud etc)
If there was a duplicate order or payment due to a technical fault. Genuine multiple orders by the same person are not eligible for a refund.
If you have received a faulty product and it’s within 60 days from purchase please send in a picture of the faulty product and we can exchange this but unfortunately, there will be no refunds.
All products are shipped via Royal Mail Standard and should be expected between 3-14 days depending on destination. Please note a fee for customs may be required ahead of delivery. There is no way of knowing the cost of this and is your responsibility to pay in order to receive the product.
