Train like a dancer. With a dancer. The Danielle Peazer Method is created by professional dancer and social media sensation Danielle Peazer. Noticing a gap in the market for those who don’t necessarily want to go to the gym or only do yoga or spin, Danielle created a way to help tone the body in the same way a professional dancer does through a number of specially curated exercises, while helping people gain confidence and a real achievement along the way. Exercise should make you feel empowered and strong and the Danielle Peazer Method enables you to do exactly that all whilst having fun at the same time. We’re all about having fun whilst working up a sweat, learning new tips and tricks and meeting like-minded people along the way. Our classes are tough and you’ll definitely feel the burn, but you’ll keep coming back for more, thanks to the positive energy throughout led by our trained professionals all of whom are dancers themselves.
